We offer delivery Sydney-wide, or pick-up from our location in Western Sydney — whichever is most convenient for you. Because our flowers are artificial, delivery or collection can be arranged any time during the week of your wedding. There's no need to stress about same-day delivery like with fresh flowers.

We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your date and allow plenty of time for styling decisions. That said, because we work with artificial flowers, we have more flexibility than traditional florists and can often accommodate shorter lead times. Get in touch and we'll let you know our current availability.

Once your order is agreed upon, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or pick-up. We'll confirm all payment details with you during the finalisation process.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable if an order is cancelled. Once final payment has been made, the order is considered complete and no refunds can be issued. However, if your wedding date changes, we're happy to hold your flowers and reschedule delivery or pick-up for your new date — just let us know as soon as possible.
